Today hasn’t been the best day ever: we’re in the middle of a searing heatwave, and on top of that our government has decided to end all anti-Covid measures even though case rates are soaring, which is a little scary to say the least. So you can imagine what a boost it was to be notified of this lovely new review of Trench Warfare from Maryann Kafka over at the Queer Sci Fi site.
“Fiona Glass’s latest is a slow-burn, angsty, paranormal, archaeological mystery tale set in England. But “Trench Warfare” is not without suspense too, and some very eerie moments!”
I’m delighted that she enjoyed the book so much and hope that if it encourages anyone to buy it for yourselves, you’ll enjoy it too.
